Delivery times

Delivery times for your items generally range from:

  • USA 8 to 21 days
  • Europe 15 to 45 days
  • Other countries 21 to 60 days

Why is it taking so long? There are two reasons for this:

  1. In order to find you the best products, we work with craftsmen and manufacturers spread over different parts of the globe. Therefore, the distance your package will have to travel can be quite long (e.g. Asia > Europe).
  2. We generally choose the shipping solutions for which the cost/speed ratio is the most optimal. Delivery costs are therefore always very affordable, but the delivery times are longer since it is by boat (for intercontinental shipments) that your package will travel.

In the days following your order (between 2 and 5 days), you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to track the progress of your package in real-time. Please note that in some cases (public holidays, high product demand, extreme weather, etc) this time could reach 7 or 9 days.

We apologize if your order takes longer to arrive than you thought. We hope that these explanations will help you better understand the reasons for these delays and we thank you for your patience.

In any case, if you have not received a tracking number beyond 8 days, or if you have not received your package within 6 weeks, please contact us with your name and order number.
